The product opportunity

Customer Intelligence focused on purchase behavior and lifetime value for ecommerce brands. The product made those questions accessible in a customer analytics experience.

I led the mid-market team on this 0-to-1 work. My project role combined lead product design and product management responsibilities, while my official employment title was Product Design Manager.

Make the idea concrete quickly

We used lean prototypes with real customer data to move from discovery to an MVP in weeks. That made the direction concrete while there was still room to shape the product.

Purchase behavior and lifetime value anchored the work. The interface brought related customer questions into one experience rather than treating each as an isolated report.

The resulting experience

The product interface includes lifetime value, loyalty, purchase behavior, customer journey, sentiment, and demographics views. Filters support exploring the customer data.

The hero image shows the interface with example chart data. Its displayed dollar amounts and dates are not evidence of business results or the project’s delivery date.

A historical cohort outcome

60%adoption in the referenced mid-market cohort

This is the self-reported adoption outcome in my original 2024 case study. It refers to the mid-market cohort, rather than all Helium 10 customers.

The cohort size and measurement window were not retained in that case narrative. The result is presented with that limit, and is separate from engagement figures associated with Adtomic.
