The seller problem
For a small or medium Amazon seller, getting started with advertising can be demanding. The opportunity was an end-to-end experience that used AI to lower that barrier.
The starting point was the seller need, rather than AI as a standalone feature. The product had to bring the advertising workflow into an experience smaller businesses could use.
My responsibility
I led product strategy, customer research, and MVP scope. That connected the customer problem to what the team would build first.
The work crossed design and product responsibilities. My official employment title was Product Design Manager; the responsibility described here is the scope I held on this project.
The shipped experience
The dashboard connects overall advertising performance with product-level campaign goals. A seller can review the broader performance picture and the goals attached to individual products.
The interface is the artifact. The outcome figures below come from the project materials, rather than from example values displayed inside the screenshot.
Reported outcomes
The spend figure is billable advertising spend through the product. These outcomes are reported from my project materials; the adoption denominator and measurement window are not expanded beyond that source.
This launch is separate from the earlier Adtomic activation work. Read the activation case for that project’s constraints, experiments, and outcome.
